Learning the Trade
When the pandemic hit, Jessie was working at a dispensary and needed to find a new direction. He knew he wanted to work with his hands, so he turned to YouTube. After watching countless videos, joining detailing forums, and experimenting on his own truck, Jessie launched a mobile detailing business.
At first, he was using borrowed water hookups and store-bought products. He quickly upgraded his setup and started servicing clients wherever they were—driveways, parking lots, and dealerships. What began as weekend work turned into a full-time pursuit. Jessie’s early commitment to learning and improving became the foundation of Every Detail 365.
Building a Business from the Ground Up
The turning point came when Jessie landed an opportunity with Ressler Motors. It moved him from individual clients to steady work detailing cars for one of the largest dealerships in the valley. That partnership gave him momentum—and credibility.
Over time, Jessie transitioned from mobile-only work to a dedicated shop in Belgrade, where he continues to operate today. His services now include mobile detailing, pickup and drop-off appointments, and overnight cleanings—making it easy for customers to keep their vehicles looking sharp year-round.
Expanding into Aviation Detailing
As his skills and confidence grew, Jessie began exploring a new challenge: aircraft detailing. He completed his certification through the Aviation Detailing Association, one of the industry’s leading programs for professional aircraft cleaning and surface care.
Working on planes at Bozeman’s FBOs has opened a whole new world for him. “It’s different being around jets,” he says. “You learn quickly how much precision matters.” Every Detail 365 now handles both interior and exterior aircraft detailing, including specialized services like polishing and brightwork.
Montana Roots, Louisiana Grit
Jessie’s path to Montana started far from the Gallatin Valley. Born and raised in rural Louisiana, he grew up on a farm before heading to California for junior college football—and eventually to Montana State University, where he played for the Bobcats.
When his football career ended, he stayed. Montana felt like home. He discovered snowboarding, dirt biking, and a community that valued hard work and honesty. “People here accept you for who you are as long as you work hard,” he says. “It’s peaceful, it’s safe, and it feels like a fresh start.”
Lessons in Business and Persistence
Running a small business hasn’t been easy, but Jessie’s learned to approach each challenge the same way he started—by staying curious and consistent. From perfecting his window cleaning process to managing his SEO and online bookings, he’s built a system that works.
He credits much of his growth to mentorship and the willingness to ask questions. “I surround myself with other business owners,” Jessie explains. “If you ask for help, people around here will help you. That’s what makes Bozeman special.”
After the cameras stopped rolling, Jessie and I sat and talked for another hour. His story runs deep—a reminder that even when the recording ends, some of the best lessons come from the conversations that happen off air.
